Plaza Hotel has partnered up with Fish River Truffle Farm which is owned and operated business located in the beautiful O'Connell valley in central west New South Wales.

We will bring the country feel with home style cooking and warming country comfort food to the heart of the city, truffles will be harvested and the aromas & florals will ignite your senses for a night of decadence with in 24 hours from being in the ground.

4 course menu for $99 per person and the option to add matching wines from our cellar at 150per person.
